Pollution Incident Response Management Plan

ANE is committed to taking the good care of our environment while conducting business.  The Pollution Incident Response Management Plan outlines the procedures in place to minimise the risk of a pollution incident on any of our premises.

ANE’s safety, health and environment (SHE) management system is based on high environmental standards. We monitor our performance in managing workplace safety and protection of the environment.

Under the NSW Protection of the Environment (General) Amendment (pollution incident response management plans) Regulation 2012, holders of an Environment Protection Licence are required to prepare, implement and test pollution-incident management plans for each of their licensed activities.

As part of our commitment to open communication with stakeholders and in compliance with legislation, this page provides access to information outlining actions to be taken during or immediately after a pollution incident, contact information of authorities and procedures for communicating with the community.
