Growing up on the family farm in North Central Victoria, Terry Hogan, Director of Australian Natural Extracts Pty Ltd earned a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from Melbourne University. Terry was a partner in an innovative containerised grain export company, Shiralee Grains, based in Horsham, Victoria. With his brother Peter, Terry founded Quickpulse which cooked, packed and distributed vegetarian meals from grain legumes sourced in the Wimmera. Quickpulse won a grains industry award for innovation and was acquired by Sanitarium Health Foods in 1999. Terry has worked for other leading food companies including Uncle Tobys, Greens Foods and Mars Corporation, as a food technologist and commercial buyer. Terry and his family settled in Howlong and established ANE in 2005. ANE operates from three sites in NSW, at Corowa, Daysdale and Barmah.
